The Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC)

Want to know whether an online program or app is approved for use in Newmarket? Search the SDPC online database

The SDPC vets and approves software on behalf of its member states and school districts. This is a welcome step forward for all of us, as managing data privacy agreements has become a task much too large for any single district.

Guidance for district staff

Check first to see if it's on the Inventory below. (Please do check; it really helps us eliminate extra work.) If it's not listed, then submit a request for application approval. We will contact The Education Cooperative, who will put your request into their queue for vetting.
